for businesses on the move.

Is your current telecommunications system keeping up with the needs of a rapidly mobilising workforce?

According to Indeed, the world's largest job site, the number of Australians interested in remote working conditions (as measured by online job search criteria) increased 42.1% over the past two years.

This represents a rapidly mobilising workforce. Yet it's likely your current telephone system doesn't cater for this new workstyle.

Time to refresh your telephony network with BigAir Voice - the leading Telephony-as-a-Service solution for Australian business.

Starting from around $30 per user, BigAir Voice includes a wide range of advanced features as standard, all set up and deployment, ongoing network and user management, plus all handsets & national/mobile calling.

Everything is managed for you with one fixed monthly fee - so your costs are predictable and your people are productive.

Employees work anywhere with ease

With BigAir Voice, an employee works from home using the software phone (softphone) to answer calls from their extension as if they were physically in the office. It's a great way to keep everyone connected in a consistent way no matter where they are located.

The softphone and 'find-me' features in BigAir Voice mobilise business as your people take their number and contacts with them wherever they work.

BigAir’s IP-PBX solution is not for customers who are not willing to have their voice calls delivered via Datalink, and want their voices lines delivered to them the traditional way, ie. via PSTN, ISDN lines.

Not suitable for customers not willing to change their handsets to what we would support on our IP-PBX solution.

Number of concurrent calls are limited by amount of bandwidth on the link that is delivering the voice traffic.
