BigAir Unwired Customers Unwired customers may experience a short service disruption on Thursday 17/05/07 between 12:00 - 1:00 am. This is due to routine maintenance on our network. We do not anticipate that the disruption will extend beyond this time and apologise for any inconvenience caused. Thursday 17th May, 12am - 1am

We do not anticipate that the disruption will extend beyond this time and apologise for any inconvenience caused. Tuesday 17th April, 5am - 6am
BigAir iBurst users Please be advised that BigAir will be performing maintenance Millers Point Base Station at time listed below. During the above outage the base station will be down, customer should be able to connect to nearby base stations, though the signal may be reduced. This outage is due to external building maintenance works.

BigAir iBurst users Please be advised that BigAir will be performing maintenance on iBurst network at Camp Hill, Morningside, St Lucia, Manly West Base Stations in Queensland. During the maintenance window there will be interruptions to connectivity, and users will not able to connect. Tuesday 28th November, 11pm - Wednesday 29th November, 1am
BigAir email users Please be advised that BigAir will be performing upgrades and maintenance on its email server during maintenance window. Customers will not be able to receive email during the upgrade. Thursday 14th December, 11pm - Friday 15th December, 8am
BigAir customers including Fixed wireless, iBurst, Unwired and W Home Please be advised that BigAir will be performing network upgrades and maintenance during maintenance window. These upgrades will disrupt Internet connectivity for BigAir customer services including Fixed wireless, iBurst, Unwired and W Home. Total duration of the outage is expected to be less than 20 minutes within the specified 3 hour window. Ozemail iBurst Customers Ozemail customers are advised that their Ozemail email addresses will be terminated by iiNet (Ozemail) on October 31st. If you would like to forward your emails to another address, please send the forwarding rules to support@bigair.net.au Forwarding rules will be discontinued by iiNet on November 30th. Alternatively, if you would like to continue your Ozemail email service, you must call iiNet Sales on 13 35 93 and pay a monthly subscription for your existing ozemail email account. October 31st
